  • Botox lasts 3-4 months and fillers last 6 months - 2 years depending on product and metabolism.

  • Botox and Dysport are two VERY similar products that are only different in their molecular makeup. Dysport is known to kick in SOONER than Botox, however they both last roughly the same amount of time.

  • We only use medical grade FDA approved products to be injected under the skin. These products can only be obtained under a physician’s license and can only be injected legally by a nurse, nurse practitioner, PA, and MD. Dysport, Botox, Juvederm (Ultra, Ultra Plus, Volbella, Vollure, Voluma), Restylane (Restylane, Kysse, Defyne, Refyne, Contour, Silk, Lyft), Versa, RHA (RH1, RH2, RH3, RH4), Sculptra, and Kybella are just some of the approved FDA products that we use to create our amazing results.

  • When there is a sharp needle being taken to your face, there is always a potential chance for bruising. If you are an easy bruiser, oral and topical arnica, and bromelain can be used to help with bruising. Avoiding alcohol, fish oil, aspirin, and ibuprofen 3 days prior to the appointment can also help prevent bruising.

  • Unfortunately, we do not treat pregnant or breastfeeding mamas. The reasons are unknown. We don’t have any literature (& never will) of the effect on babies even through breast milk - although we doubt much of anything. We’re sorry but we promise it will be worth the wait!

  • We will wash off/prep your skin before performing any treatments. However, it is always best to come to your appointment with a clean and makeup free face!

  • Impossible. No, but really- The good and bad news is that anti wrinkle injections and dermal filler are temporary. Injectables will either wear off on their own, or can always be dissolved with a special injection.

  • Absolutely. Our team includes highly experienced nurse practitioners who are authorized to prescribe medications. Additionally, our primary care division is led by our MD, who also provides prescription services.

  • Psychotherapy sessions last approx. 50 minutes per session.

  • Sessions can be weekly, every other week, or as needed.

  • No, we do not need an order or referral from a doctor.

  • We help our clients work through a variety of struggles. We most commonly work with grief, adjustment, depression, and anxiety. We also help people work through more serious issues, such as abuse, psychosis, addiction, and personality disorders. For a full list, see ‘Our Services’ page!

  • This can vary a lot depending on what the focus of treatment is, your goals, and your individual needs and circumstances.

    Research shows that many people can report improvement after just one or a few sessions, and that many presenting problems can significantly improve within 12-20 sessions. Multiple or complex treatment issues, and especially complex trauma or interpersonal challenges, can take much longer.

    We will discuss what may be a reasonable time frame for progress during your first appointment, and we will regularly review this throughout treatment.

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment with your completed intake forms. This will help us know the reason(s) you are seeking services and how we can assist you. The therapist will meet with you for approximately 45-55 minutes. At this first session you will be asked questions to clarify your current situation, past history, family history, support systems, etc. Your therapist will discuss treatment options with you and work with you to set therapy goals.

  • Yes. At Trilogy Health Group we use a HIPPA compliant platform to deliver therapy sessions via video or telehealth.

  • No. Trilogy Health Group has a confidentiality policy, follows HIPPA guidelines, and will not release information without permission, except in a few situations that your therapist will review with you.
